Daniel McIntosh is co-founder and President of Cardinal Advising, a consultancy that focuses on data analytics and problem solving in the sports industry. Daniel is also a lecturer in the Marketing Department at Arizona State University in the W.P. Carey School of Business. Daniel teaches courses in Sports Analytics, Sports Business Development, and Marketing Research along with additional departmental responsibilities including leading research projects and guiding student organizations. His most recent work centered on the Economic Impact Study for the College Football Playoff in partnership with the Arizona Organizing Committee and the Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority. Previous to his work at ASU, Daniel was a faculty member at Grand Canyon University for 5 years teaching Mathematics and Marketing. Daniel graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Finance from The Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University and went on to complete his MBA with an emphasis in Sports Marketing from the W.P. Carey School of Business. Daniel lives in Phoenix, Arizona and spends his free time serving on the Board of Directors of Grace Ministry, a non-profit based in Arizona and volunteering his time to assist youth development programs.
